Welcome to Element Botanicals!
Element Botanicals is located in beautiful White Lake, BC, the heart of the canadian Shuswap. We produce each product by hand in small batches with the best available ingredients, supporting organically grown and locally sourced suppliers as often as possible.
We believe that nature provides the perfect elements to nourish and sustain the health of the body’s largest organ, the skin.
By combining potent yet gentle botanicals such as herbs, essential oils, fruit and nut derivatives with gentle base ingredients free of fragrances and with the added benefit of pure essential oils; We are able to provide simple, effective and dare we say delicious handmade body care products.

How to Order To order any of our products, go to Order Page 1 & click on the 'add to cart' button under each product image you wish to purchase. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'view cart' button located towards the bottom of the order page. You will not be asked for any payment information until after you finish shopping. All Prices are in Canadian dollars. At element botanicals, we use a Paypal shopping cart which accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Paypal is a world standard in online shopping, providing a secure and simple transaction. Please ensure that you provide us with your correct email address, as a confirmation email will be sent upon completion of every order.

We do not distribute email addresses to any third party other than Paypal, which only uses it to confirm your purchase. Currently our shipping prices are based on a flat rate depending on the total cost of your purchase. Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays, we use Canada Post as a standard, however, alternative arrangements can be made. Please email us if you have specific shipping instructions.

Guarantee and Returns We offer a complete guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us at the email address below. We will accept returns of unused products and offer a replacement or credit towards another purchase. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash or credit card refunds unless you order was not completely filled or the items purchased are temporarily unavailable. If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper as we do not insure shipments without special request. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.
